School Policies
Registration / Payment
Registration:
- Registrations are accepted on a First-come, First-Served Basis.
- Class Sizes are limited. A wait list may be created if the class is at capacity.
- Classes may be cancelled with a full refund if the minimum enrollment requirement is not not satisfied.
Tuition Payment:
- Credit Card information is required on file to process your registration.
- Credit Card will be charged on the 1st of each month for Monthly Accounts. (8 tuition payments total) with the last payment on April 1st.

Service Fees / Dropped Class / Refund Policy/Recital-Costume Policy
Service Fees:
- There will be a $30 service fee charged for all returned checks (insufficient funds or other).
- There will be a $30 late charge after the 10th of the month.
- Redeposited checks will incur a $20 fee.
Dropped Class(es):
- The studio must be informed of the intention to change or drop a class.
- Students will be billed for all registered classes until appropriate notification of any change is given to the studio.
Refund Policy:
- There is no penalty for dropped classes within our 8-week trial program.
- Refunds for dropped classes will be issued with a medical excuse (physician’s note required) or to those moving out-of-the-area or state. There will be a $30 administrative fee charged for processing any refund. No exceptions.
- Annual Registration Fees are not refundable.
Recital Information:
- All students are invited to, but not required, to participate in our March or June recital depending on class performance date. Please notify us in advance if your student will not be participating in our recital.
- This is a fully staged, costumed, professional quality dance program showcasing our students and teachers’ choreography.
- Tickets for this production go on sale one month prior to the show.
Costume Policy:
- Costumes are custom-made and non-refundable.
- Costume Deposit $55+tax per class will be due on November 1st and payment will be processed with credit card on file. Balance of costume fee will be charged between the months of Feb-April.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not order costumes for any student whose account is not current by our winter break in December; therefore, those students will not perform in our recital.
Contagious Medical Illness Policy
- Any person who exhibits symptoms of contagious medical illness will be sent home. There is no penalty for absence due to medical related issues. Parents are asked to use their own discretion regarding the return to class.
Image Use/Release of Liability & Emergency Services/CC Authorization
Authorization to Use Image:
- I also release the rights to photos and videos taken at Talent Forum functions and agree that Talent Forum and associated organizations may use my image, and/or my child(ren)’s image, in good taste for promotional purposes.
Release of Liability:
- I understand that injuries are a natural possibility in any athletic endeavor and will assume full responsibility for any injuries incurred a Talent Forum. Therefore, I agree to hold Talent Forum and employees, the property owner and employees, and all organizations associated with and/or in residence at Talent Forum harmless of and from all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, lawsuits, judgments, costs, damages, and other expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever.
Authorization to Contact Emergency Services:
- I hereby authorize that, in the event of a medical emergency, Talent Forum is to contact Emergency Services as they deem necessary.
Authorization to use on file Credit Card:
- I hereby authorize Talent Forum to use the credit card on file to process payment for tuition and costumes. All other charges must be pre-approved before processing my credit card.
